Nicky Roche is a Sunshine Coast local resident who has been strongly involved in the real estate industry on 3 continents for the last 20 years. Her experience crosses multiple disciplines within real estate, including personal property investment, sales, rentals, body corporate and management rights. This unique background, combined with her love of real estate, makes Nicky well placed to understand the subtle complexities in combining the financial, logistical, legal and emotional aspects involved when buying, selling or renting real estate.
Nicky's striving for excellence is not restricted to her business life - she believes that we each have the ability to live a fulfilled life through a combination of a clear vision, commitment to action, a healthy lifestyle, defined values and ethics. Her desire to "make a difference" is her driving philosophy.
