The right person will:
- Have a current Real Estate License (preferable) or Certificate of Registration
- Qualify to work as a commission only as laid out by the Real Estate Industry Award
- Be driven by internal motivations and have a strong ethic to make a difference. Successful candidates will have read through our values and buy into what they represent
- Have all the multitasking skills required to be a successful real estate agent, including the obvious: communication, confidence, computer skills, empathy and people skills, attention to details, self motivated but with a team culture, knowledge of the industry, experience.
